Hurrah.

Well, somewhat. There's still more editing to do. For example:
1. A temporary format for the forum is up. x3 Once we get some ideas rolling, I think the forum will look a whole lot better. -.-
2. More moderators! We've currently got....2. We'll need a lot more than that.
3. Members~ We'll need more of that too.
